Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders for our handcrafted salsas and rubs are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • We ship orders Monday through Friday.

  • You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order is headed your way.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

  • Dry Rubs: Typically ship via standard ground services.

  • Salsas: Due to the weight of glass jars, we prioritize secure, padded packaging to ensure they arrive intact.

Packaging & Fragile Items

We take extra care in packing our glass jars. Each jar is cushioned to prevent breakage during transit. If your order contains a "Salsa Flight" or multiple jars, they may be shipped in reinforced boxes.

Damages & Breakage

We do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but we know things can happen during transit.

  • If a jar arrives broken, please do not open or consume the product. * Take a photo of the damaged jar and the packaging and email it to tristan@blendedsalsa.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will promptly send a replacement or issue a credit for the damaged item.

Storage Upon Arrival

  • Salsas: Our jarred salsas and sauces are shelf-stable until opened. Please store them in a cool, dry place. Once opened, they must be refrigerated and consumed within the timeframe listed on the label. Typically 3 weeks.

  • Rubs: Keep in a cool, dry place to prevent clumping and maintain maximum flavor.
